All the World's a Stage Fairfax Theatre reviews
I used to like this place but not anymore
"Shame on you, Camden, for taking advantage of the concert goers. It used to be an awesome place to see a concert, but now it's all about the money. The view and the ambiance of an outdoor area with the battleship and the bridge and waterfront in the background is amazing. Do you think, 'Oh, we got them there, let's take advantage of them while there?' But nowadays, 30/40.00 to park is unreal. People will just start eating and drinking in the parking lot prior. I took my son to his very first concert there to see All the World's a Stage. We will never be back again. I have been there many times in the past and to 196 concerts prior. Shame on you. You would think getting a drink for my son I could do for under 5.00, not here. A regular bottle of soda that costs about 1.25 in the machine they charge 5.50 for, and alcohol don't even get me started there. Wow, no one is gonna pay 10.50 for a slice of pizza. And drink and food prices??? Insane. You gotta be doing at least a 500% markup on that. 15.00 for one beer? Your scaring off your concertgoers. And you could definitely tell. I've never seen so many empty seats in there for big bands like that. Shame I paid what I did for my seats cause I could have sat pretty much anywhere. Leaving the venue was a travesty as well. Why are so many streets closed? You can see the bridge you have to go over in plain sight. If you ever improve on these things, maybe I'll be back, but not likely when places close by like Hershey, Philly, Bethlehem, Allentown are a third of the price."
